First of all, THANK YOU for being this curious!

Gelderbloom Jewelry is my passion and my dream, so I want to be the first person you go to for any questions or (heaven forbid) issues. The 'Contact Me' page is above and I'll reply within 24hours, or check out the questions below to see if I've covered the answers you need.  

Q: I need to exchange sizes, how do I do that?

A: You have 10 days to exchange an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Email me through the "Contact Me" page and once the item is received and inspected, I will immediately initiate the exchange process and send you your new product. You just cover the shipping to me and I'll take care of the return shipping to you.

Q: I need to return a purchase, how do I do that?

A: You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging. Email me through the "Contact Me" page and once the item is received and inspected, I will notify you on next steps for a refund or credit. You just cover the shipping to me.

Q: What if something breaks?

A: If an item arrives damaged or defective, email me through the "Contact Me" page within 3 days of delivery to exchange it at no cost to you. If you wear the shit out of your piece (sweet!) and it breaks, let me know and I'll repair it complimentary. You just cover the shipping to me.

Q: I put the wrong shipping address in my order, what happens now?

A: Get in touch with me ASAP through the "Contact Me" page!  If the order has shipped out then additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped will be incurred.

Q: Do you offer private shopping parties?

A: If you are in the GTA, Simcoe County or Muskoka District and would you like to host a shopping party for you and your friends, then I would be happy to bring the collection to you. You can even get a sneak peak of soon-to-be-released items that way! Email me through the "Contact Me" with your event details.

Q: I really want a bracelet but I'd like a color you don't have, can you make it?

A: Who doesn't love a challenge! Email me through the "Contact Me" page and let me know what you have in mind. If I can do it, you bet I will.
